To submit a complaint for any incomplete order/missing item, wrong size or wrong product. Please send us an email at email@example.com and attach a picture of the product you receive with the packing slip or the package it came with.
We reserve the right to void our Return/Exchange Polices if the product has been damaged and cannot be resold. Anyone wishing to make a Return/Exchange must first send a picture to verify that it’s acceptable to be received back. If an order is sent back without authorization that is damaged you will be responsible for the shipping charges to receive the item(s) back.
We will accept returns on items that are within 30 days of the original purchase date and that were ordered from www.versacarry.com. In order for us to issue a refund the product(s) must be mailed back to us, and your contact information, order number and date that the product was purchased must be included. We will issue refunds to orders that are within our guidelines within 3 business days of receiving the product(s). All refunds will exclude shipping charges, this includes any orders that may have qualified for a free shipping promotion. Returns must have factory authorization prior to returning.
If you happen to order the incorrect product from www.versacarry.com, we will accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You will be required to pay the shipping fees associated with the exchange. If you wish to follow this exchange process you will first need to call us at 855-278-9678 to get the appropriate return shipping cost that corresponds with your shipping address. Once the shipping fee has been calculated, you must include a check or money order for this amount made out to Versacarry® in with the product(s). If an exchange is received with no return shipping payment, we will place the return shipment on hold until we have received such payment. All exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days. Exchanges must have factory authorization prior to sending.
If an order cancellation is requested after the package has already left our facility we must first receive the shipment back in our possession before a refund may be given. All refunds will be minus the original shipping cost, as well as any additional fees associated with the package's transit back to us.
Free Shipping and Returns
If free shipping is received on an order and it is returned the customer is responsible for paying the original shipping costs. This cost will be deducted from the refund.
What if I did not purchase the product directly from Versacarry.com?
Unfortunately we will be unable to issue a refund for any products that were not directly purchased from www.Versacarry.com. We suggest contacting the store in which the product was purchased from to check their policies.
What if I did purchase directly from Versacarry.com but it is past 30 days since I made my purchase?
Unfortunately refunds can not be given past 30 days of the original order date. However, we may be able to provide another helpful solution, contact our support team to see what other options are available.
