How to size:

Each belt is sized base on the actual length from the end of the belt to the center hole.  The best way to choose the correct size belt is to measure your waist.  Using a piece of string wrapped around your waistline and then measuring the length of the string, is a surefire way to get it right the first time.  Do not rely on just your pant size as these measurements can vary from manufacturer to manufacturer.

Important Side Note:  Measuring to the center hole allows the user 3" of extra adjust-ability. in and out. 

 

All belt exchanges and returns are subject to a return shipping charge.

    Let me begin by saying that Versacarry sends out some GREAT products ! I have placed two separate orders with them, and found everything to be well constructed, durable, and what I had hoped to receive.

    Secondly, I like it when a customer reviews a company and/or product that I’m interested in. It helps me understand the good and “not-so-good” points as I consider parting with my money. By the same token, I try to provide feedback from MY personal experience so other customers can know what they might expect when they shop.

    This is an extensive review, but it covers the two orders I placed, AND my evaluation of Versacarry as a company. I don’t want to smear the company, so I’ll just cover the facts and let the reader form their own opinions.

    Order #1: I placed an order for 3 leather holsters on May 25, 2017. The order total was $70 and included one “not-so-popular” handgun size. My order was delivered May 30th. The Arma and Rapid Slide holsters feel great and fit well. They do require a little breaking-in, but almost all leather products do when new. After a little time, they form themselves to the firearm and the carrier’s hip.

    Order #2: After seeing several ads, and wanting a belt to match the distressed brown Arma, I placed an order for a Double-Ply water buffalo belt Thursday, June 22, 2017. I took note of the statement on the ordering page, and understood that “… ALL orders can take 3 business days to process and ship, and leather orders can take up to 14 business days…” because they are handcrafted in Texas.

    On July 17th (the 17th business day) I noted that my order was still awaiting fulfillment, so I requested a Status Update via Facebook Messenger. I was told that it was “at the top of the queue” and would ship out towards the “end of this week or early next”.

    On July 19th I received an advertisement for “buy a belt, get a free Orion Tuckable holster”. I reached out again via the same FB Messenger conversation, and made a half serious (half joking) suggestion that tossing in a free Orion tuckable (as shown in the Ad that day) might be a good compensation for it being the 19th business day already and my order was STILL “awaiting fulfillment”. I was told to contact Customer Service as it was out of this contact person’s abilities. I found it odd that this person appeared to be involved in Customer Service because they were responding to order inquiries, and might be in a good position to please a customer, but I let it slide.

    On July 28th (the 26th business day, 36th calendar day. I FINALLY received an e-mail saying the belt had shipped.

    On July 31st the tracking info from the US Postal Service showed that a shipping label/notice was requested on the 28th – but the product had not yet been delivered to the Bryan, TX post office.

    On the afternoon of August 1, the USPS receives the package at their Bryan, TX facility. It was then sorted & processed at 4:47 pm, and sent on to Houston at 7:41 pm.

    On August 3rd: Package received at local USPS, and out for delivery. It hit my mailbox at approximately 4 pm… a full 30 business days (42 calendar days) after the order was placed.

    I am VERY pleased with the quality & fit of the belt, and ALL of the products I have purchased from them. I’d give the products 5 out of 5 Stars !! As for the company…. Maybe they should edit the “14 business days” reference for leather product shipment, and simply say it could take 2 to 6 weeks.

    Bought the brown one will be getting the black one soon. This belt is great quality "American" quality. The 50-70$ price range has a lot of competetion but the thing I like the most is the leather. It's not finished, rubbed, massaged, clear coated or whatever else people are doing it looks and feels like leather should. Also it is plenty stiff enough to make me glad I didn't order from a competitor and get a belt with a metal strip in it. You know how your grandfather had 40 year old belts that still worked great....this is one of those, not the crap we have come to accept over the years.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
