Step 3:

Insert the Versacarry® and firearm as one unit into user’s waistline. Once the firearm is drawn, remove the Versacarry® from waistline and repeat steps 1-3.

The Versacarry® System is made of three components:

The Clip:

The clip portion is made of a custom plastic resin designed for durability, strength, and heat resistance. A specifically angled bottom flange is molded into the clip to create a clamping action when the barrel retention rod is inserted into a gun barrel.

The Barrel Retention Rod:

The barrel retention rod is made of Delrin, a very strong plastic that has a natural lubrication property. The barrel retention rod is cut to exactly fifteen thousandths of an inch below the barrel’s inner diameter. Due to the exacting manufacturing tolerances, the barrel retention rod will never harm a gun’s barrel in anyway and ensure they will never become a barrel obstruction. During assembly, the barrel retention rod is attached using a 1.25" coated steel fastener that securely fastens the clip portion to the barrel retention rod. This fastener travels the entire length of the rod to guarantee strength and integrity within the part.

(All retention is gained by the angle of the clip in conjunction with the users pants and carry belt, and not from the diameter of the barrel retention rod itself.)

The rod is just less than one and a half inches in length. The barrel retention rod is the same length on all models, but the outside diameter changes to accommodate the model’s caliber.

The Coated Steel Fastener:

The final component is a coated steel fastener that securely fastens the clip portion to the barrel retention rod. This fastener self taps through the entire length of the barrel retention rod to guarantee strength and integrity within the part.

Step 1:

Press the Versacarrier’s magazine receiver over the top of the exposed cartridge, sliding underneath the magazine feedlips until completely seated at the rear of the magazine. Tip– Using your thumb to press down the exposed round will assist insertion.

Step 2:

Fully insert the magazine onto the Versacarrier™ and seat the magazine between the side magazine retention tabs of Versacarrier™.

Step 3:

Install the magazine and Versacarrier™ with belt clip facing away from body over a belt designed for concealed carry. The Versacarrier™ can be used inside or outside the waistband but must be installed “inside” the belt (DO NOT use Versacarrier in “outside” the belt location).
